When you sign-up to quit with us, you will receive:

  • A high quality service that works

  • Your choice of medication - free on prescription for 12 weeks (standard prescription charge may apply)

  • One-to-one weekly or fortnightly sessions with a trained stop smoking advisor for 12 weeks

Stop Smoking London

If you don’t live, work, study or have a GP in City & Hackney and are looking to quit smoking, you can now access free support and advice via Stop Smoking London’s website or helpline on 0300 123 1044.

Stop Smoking London lines are open seven days per week: Monday to Fridays from 9am to 8pm and on Saturdays and Sundays between 11am and 4pm.


Once you stop smoking, some of the benefits are immediate and some are longer-term.
